John Lee
Principal
John's entire working career has been in the construction industry. He started with his own masonry business during high school and has progressed through all phases of construction and construction management. A master carpenter, John has personally performed almost all of the tasks that he now oversees. This combination of practical, hands-on experience coupled with extensive management skills make John an exceptionally efficient and aggressive advocate for his clients. John has extensive experience with all the Planning & Zoning and Building Departments in the Valley. His value as a consultant in these areas is an asset to his project teams.

Mike Gilman
Principal
Mike began working construction in 1982 when he was 18 years old. Since then he has worked in Maine, Colorado, and Idaho as laborer, carpenter, lead carpenter, superintendent and project manager. In keeping with the "concrete to doorknobs" philosophy of his partner John Lee, Mike has developed an extensive work history in all aspects of construction. In addition to his client service and project management responsibilities, Mike is the President of Lee Gilman Builders and manages the day to day demands of his business.

Kristen Mitchell
Administration
In 2008, Kristen came to Sun Valley from Seattle, WA to visit her sister for three weeks. Kristen never did go back to Seattle except to leave her job in the Marketing Department of Starbucks, gather her things and make a move to Ketchum. Shortly after, her parents followed and now the entire Mitchell family is part of the Wood River Valley community. Kristen started working with Lee Gilman Builders in November, 2010 and has quickly become integral to the team. Her responsibilities include project management and office administration.

Nick Gilman
Builder
Through his career, Nick has worked in all phases of construction including carpentry, site supervision, project management, project development and business management. As Executive VP and a shareholderof Engelmann, Inc. he focused on preconstruction services, budget management, client relations, contract negotiations and business development. As Vice President of Lee Gilman Builders, Inc he continues to fulfill many of the same roles.

James Fisher
Foreman
Specializing in remodels and finish carpentry. James enjoys remodeling for the challenge of problem solving existing conditions. He also enjoys the close connections he makes with the families with whom he works. James has worked in construction professionally for 16 years, but he grew up fixing up and remodeling his family's homes as they oved throughout the country from New Mexico to Missouri, Utah, California and Idaho. A resident of the Valley for the past 13 years, James has worked for Lee Gilman since 2005.
