At Lee Gilman, you’ll see PMs moving materials, carpenters mentoring apprentices, and leadership walking sites on a regular basis. There are no shortcuts, no “that’s not my job,” and everyone owns their work from start to finish. We’re hands-on builders who problem-solve together and take pride in running clean, safe, well-organized sites.
