Originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica, Ericka was raised in a family rooted in both construction and hospitality. After moving to the Northeast for high school and college, she graduated from Amherst College with a degree in History, where she also captained the varsity squash team. She went on to lead product and production teams in the tech industry, building interior design and shopping apps.

When her husband accepted a job in Ketchum, Ericka quickly fell in love with the community and wanted to be part of something more hands-on. Drawn to Lee Gilman Builders for its team-oriented culture and commitment to quality craftsmanship, she joined the company in 2025.

Outside of work, Ericka enjoys staying active in every season: skiing, playing tennis, and hiking with her miniature schnauzer, Dixon.
