Jeff Smart

Jeff first began visiting the Wood River Valley in the mid-1980s, drawn by family connections and close friends from college who grew up in the area. Those early visits eventually led to a permanent move, where he has now been part of the community for decades.

With more than 40 years of construction experience, Jeff has worked on everything from residential framing to supervising complex mixed-use commercial projects. His formal education in architecture helps him translate the design team’s creative intent into clear expectations that align with the client’s vision.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys tinkering with classic cars and is currently building a 289 engine for his 1966 Mustang.
